Coming to an End
Introduction
I'm now on my last few weeks here in Port Lincoln, work has gone quiet, in fact I'm out of work as from this next Saturday being my last day working with Sutton's Cleaning. I now know I'm not a good cleaner so that's not my Career. I love mowing Grass.I have let travelers from around the world pitch there tent behind the caravan, met many travelers and heard their stories of travels, and made new friends here.
I can truly say I have a big family here in Port Lincoln so when I return I know am not alone.
Making new Friends
Over the last few Months since I've been in Port Lincoln I have made a lot of friends. I have become another person, Taking of the old Personality and clothing myself with a new Personality but still being Daniel.
I have done this with the help of the kind Witnesses from the Local congregation and doing so becoming a better person with myself and with others. I have been invited out for dinners and party's with them.
My Leaving Party, Good bye Port Lincoln Congregation after 5 months. Going to miss them
will see some of you in England Next Year.
Cars and Vans
The last 2 weeks in Port Lincoln has been Testing,It was a couple of months ago I bought a Toyota Hiace 1989 Panel Van to Redo up as a Camper, I flew over to Adelaide to Buy this, It broke down twice on driving it back to Port Lincoln, all due to over heating so that plan had gone out of the window. I sold it on the morning I left Port Lincoln.
It was Thursday 17th April I was Driving into Port Lincoln from North Shields for the mid week Meeting I left home 10 mins earlier than usual, coming into town approaching the Double Corner Store on my right when the Ute in from of me decided to slow down and without indication swerved to the right only to move out the way of another Ute that was rolling out of the car park of the double corner store over the main Highway. this ute I couldn't see because of the other ute moving out the way, once I had clear view of what was happening it was to late, I had enough time to stop beep my horn and slip in to Reverse and before I moved back it was to late, crunch crash as it came into front of my Toyota Corolla righting it off.
Third Party Insurance come with the Registration fee you pay one a year so I didn't take any other insurance out on my Toyota when I got it.
but the other guy hadn't either so we had to sort this out Civilly still reporting this accident to the police.
After 2 weeks of sorting out an agreement I had to settle with his First offer a Ford Falcon 2003 model on nearly halve million Km on the clock, on top of all this I still had to pay for transfer fee, Registration fee for 3 months.
I gave this man (Young Lowlife Cowboy) many options, 1st $4000 cash, 2nd Market value of my Car of $2860 3rd Ford Falcon with rego, Transferfee and $500 cash, but no he still not budging so I though I don't want to take this to court and be hear for another halve year so I decided to finish the Disagreement on taking the only the Ford Falcon. and here it is.
The brothers and sisters here really helped me though this difficult time.
