Had to clean this, Jet wash it, and Caustic it. this transports the grape skins up the shoot then they drop into the trailor ready to be taken to the cows. 
Shoot from outside
It is usually covers with plates which had to unscrew and clean. then cleaned the inside which was heavily soiled with grape skins.
The metal go round transporting the skins up and out.
once I have cleaned had to replace the metal covers. 
The Press where wine and grapes come from the tanks into here to be separated. the juice goes back into another tank and the skins get dropped into the shoot below,
